Prior to joining Heller, Tom worked at a leading international law firm, where he managed recruitment of summer associates and lateral attorneys. In other roles, Tom has helped in the recruitment process across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical sales, and biotechnology positions. Tom holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder.
