Aanchal Bhushan

Aanchal Bhushan has nearly ten years of HR experience and a master’s degree in Human Resources. Her diverse experience spans various industries, and being bilingual in Punjabi and Hindi gives her the ability to source candidates who may not be English speakers.

As an Associate at Heller, Aanchal applies her organizational and relationship-building skills to assess the talent market, provide research, and streamline logistics to create a top-tier experience for our clients and candidates.

She is passionate about creating and developing relationships with the hiring managers and executive assistants for each search as well as the internal team. She is dedicated to maintaining open lines of communication with candidates throughout their job search journey, providing support and guidance during interviews and beyond.

Prior to joining Heller, Aanchal was with another staffing agency, where she represented the company at industry events. She has conducted technology bootcamp workshops to help underserved communities seek out new job opportunities and prepare for interviews.

Aanchal graduated from DeVry University with a B.S. degree, and her M.S. in Human Resources is from DePaul University.
