Beth has supported searches for director-level positions as well as Chief Information, Security, Digital, and Technology Officer roles for clients across a variety of industries.
Beth is passionate about bridging the gap between clients in search of a leader to help take their organization to the next level and candidates with aligned and distinctive expertise poised for their next opportunity.
Prior to joining Heller, Beth was the Practice Manager at a thriving child and adolescent psychology practice in Manhattan where she built tight-knit, resilient, high performing teams. She was also responsible for hiring and on-boarding new employees, event planning, and spearheading a DEI initiative for the organization.
Beth earned a B.S. from Endicott College.
