About Brittany Mullen

As a Senior Associate with Heller, Britt Mullen is responsible for research strategy, in addition to candidate identification and development for clients. She works closely with clients and candidates to support the search process.

Britt is known for creatively finding out-of-the-box candidates. Britt has worked on searches for c-suite roles, such as CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, as well as senior leaders in infrastructure, security, applications, engineering, and product delivery. She has supported a wide range of searches within private equity, as well as the manufacturing, retail, higher education, and SaaS spaces.

Prior to joining Heller, Britt worked in human resources for retail, manufacturing, and non-profit companies. In her roles, she focused on employee relations and corporate strategy. In addition, she recruited top talent from Fortune 500 companies, as well as non-profit healthcare.

She received her B.A. from Worcester State University.
