Carol Lynn Thistle

Carol Lynn Thistle is Director of Client Delivery in Heller’s Enterprise IT group. She is a versatile, trusted professional with proven, deep expertise and more than 20 years of experience recruiting for CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO and other technology leadership roles in hospitality, retail, manufacturing, healthcare and startups. She has been quoted in the press on topics key to technology leadership (Digital Transformation Teams in 2021: 9 key roles; CIO Role: 8 ways the pandemic has changed it forever). 

Carol Lynn works as an extension of her clients’ teams, with a concentration on communication and relationship nurturing. Her title underscores her focus on client delivery. She maintains strong relationships with Board, CEO, CIO and CHRO clients. 

Prior to joining Heller, Carol Lynn was Director of Recruiting at a global executive search firm. As Senior Search Consultant, she participated in building the firm’s IT Leadership Practice. She also conducted and led executive level technology searches and recruitment efforts. Prior, Carol Lynn participated in building the professional services practice of another boutique executive search firm. She conducted and led national searches for Fortune 500 organizations with a focus in financial services, healthcare and law firms. Carol Lynn spent her early career at a national law firm, where she moved into HR as a Manager for recruitment, retention, employee relations and special projects.

Carol Lynn received a B.A. in Business Management from Boston College. She lives in the Boston area with her family, and she is an international Crossfit Competitor.
