Debra Jerome

Debra Jerome is a skilled, experienced executive who brings a strong foundation in human resources, multi-industry organizational change management expertise and global perspective to her role as Chief Operating Officer of Heller. As a trusted, skillful advisor and true change agent, Debra is charged with implementing CEO Martha Heller’s vision. Debra’s focus is on the impact of people, growth, and technology to support that vision, and her role moves the needle in the execution of Heller Technology Group’s growth strategy.

Prior to Heller, Debra was a Senior HR Leader in professional services for over twenty years. She is certified in Organizational Change Management and most recently she served as a Senior Organizational Change Manager for a large chemical and ingredient distribution company, working on global change projects.

Innovative and creative while also impact focused, talent acquisition and talent development are ongoing passions for Debra.

Debra received a B.A. from Michigan State University and a Certificate in the Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting from Cornell University.
