Kelly Doyle is a Managing Director at Heller and a practice leader in the firm's Cybersecurity, Private Equity, and Enterprise IT practices. She brings a strategic and experienced approach to technology leadership searches, focusing on enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and private equity.

With over 20 years of experience, Kelly is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives. At Heller, she leads searches for CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs across publicly traded and private equity-backed companies in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, higher education, and financial services.

Kelly is a passionate talent connector, dedicated to the search process. She maintains frequent communication, delivers superior client value, and builds lasting relationships with clients and candidates. Known for her strong ability to cultivate meaningful connections, Kelly builds trust and rapport throughout the process, ensuring a seamless and collaborative search experience.

Prior to joining Heller, Kelly worked in talent acquisition for a global software company for 10 years in executive search and talent acquisition, taking roles of increasing responsibility, and was part of the company’s growth from $200M to $2B. Before that, she was with a boutique staffing firm, placing technology and legal roles during the height of the dot-com boom. She drove business development resulting in profitable relationships with rapidly growing San Francisco Bay-area companies.

Kelly earned a B.A. from Clark University and is a member of Women in Technology International (WITI), an organization dedicated to the advancement of women in business and technology.
