About Kelly Doyle

Kelly Doyle is a Managing Director at Heller, and a lead in the firm’s Cybersecurity Practice group. Kelly takes an experienced, strategic approach to technology leadership search, with a focus on enterprise IT, cyber, and private equity.

With more than 20 years of experience, Kelly serves as a trusted advisor to c-suite leadership. At Heller, she is responsible for driving searches for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs across an increasing range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, higher education, and finance. She also places CIOs, CTOs and other technology leaders at growth and private equity-backed portfolio companies.

Kelly is a talent connector who is passionate about the search process, maintaining frequent communication, delivering superior client value and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Prior to joining Heller, Kelly worked in talent acquisition for a global software company for 10 years in executive search and talent acquisition, taking roles of increasing responsibility, and was part of the company’s growth from $200M to $2B. Before that, she was with a boutique staffing firm, placing technology and legal roles during the height of the dot-com boom. She drove business development resulting in profitable relationships with rapidly growing San Francisco Bay-area companies.

Kelly earned a B.A. from Clark University and is a member of Women in Technology International (WITI), an organization dedicated to the advancement of women in business and technology.
