Kerri Westberg

Kerri Westberg, Senior Principal, leverages her relationship building and recruiting skills to find and develop the highest caliber technology talent for clients of Heller. Kerri actively works with CIO, CTO, CISO, and other technology leaders across a range of industries, including manufacturing, fintech, private equity-backed businesses, and travel and hospitality.

Kerri focuses on providing value to c-suite leadership and is a fierce advocate for the candidates she recruits. Kerri prides herself on being responsive and transparent, and places a high value on authentic, frequent communication.

Prior to joining Heller, Kerri worked at a scientific and engineering consulting firm where she pursued engineers and Ph.D.-level scientists for highly technical positions. Previously, she worked at a leading boutique executive search firm, in addition to roles in the not-for-profit world.

Kerri earned a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.A. from the University of Oxford.
