About Lauren O'Connor

As Human Resources & Operations Manager at Heller, Lauren O’Connor ensures the smooth running of the processes and policies of the firm. She is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)-Certified Professional, and has successfully completed the SHRM PsychHUB Workplace Mental Health Ally certificate.

In addition to managing HR and benefits administration for the firm, she oversees vendor and office management, policy and procedure implementation, accounts payable, and data security for the firm. 

An exceptional project manager, articulate writer and engaging communicator, Lauren delivers high quality experiences to both internal and external partners. She manages Heller’s external vendors, including benefits agents, payroll, managed IT partner, and commercial real estate contacts.

Prior to Heller, Lauren spent 15 years in financial services marketing in roles of increasing responsibility. In the course of her career, she has managed a global rebranding initiative for a $5B company, and created impactful marketing materials and campaigns.

Lauren graduated with honors and a B.A. from Assumption College, where she received the President’s Convocation Honor Award for Excellence in Spanish.
