Meagan McEachern-Silva

Meagan McEachern, Systems Solutions Specialist, manages Heller’s recruitment systems. She oversees the firm’s recruitment systems to deliver a seamless process to clients. Meagan closely monitors everyday processes and systems to ensure that the firm delivers efficient and effective services to all candidates and clients. Additionally, Meagan works closely with firm and sales operations to stay aligned on processes.

Prior to joining Heller, Meagan served as a human resource representative assisting internal employees. Meagan received her B.A. from Merrimack College.
