Morgan Dever is an experienced executive search professional with deep recruiting expertise across functions and multiple verticals. As a Principal at Heller, Morgan recruits CIO, CTO, CISO, and all senior level information technology positions across industries nationwide. Morgan has supported CIO, CISO, and a wide variety of senior level information technology positions. She also has expertise in recruiting CEO, COO, CFO and CHRO positions.

Focusing on aligning clients’ needs with the right candidates, Morgan focuses on matching skillsets and culture to cultivate a seamless hiring process for both clients and candidates.

Prior to Heller, Morgan worked at several boutique executive search firms with a focus on identifying top talent for human resources, board of directors, chief executive officers, and other executive and senior management roles across industries.

Morgan received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and was a student-athlete on the field hockey team.
