As Managing Principal at Heller, Pamela works with clients to determine business goals and identify the right CIO, CTO, CISO, CDIO and other technology executive leaders for the task at hand. Throughout her recruiting career, Pamela has placed hundreds of c-level and VP-level roles in technology, sales, marketing, engineering and finance roles for a range of sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical devices, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, professional services, not for profit, and financial services.

A trusted advisor who develops true partnerships with both employers and candidates, Pamela boasts deep expertise successfully engaging exceptional candidates for leadership roles and has a proven track record of recruiting for hybrid and “first of its kind” roles.
